Customer FAQ’S

How does G1I work?
• Got1In is a truly innovative concept, enabling Internet users, worldwide, to purchase a round of drinks for friends and family at any licensed premises which is an agent operating under the scheme. The recipient of the gift will receive their voucher via email and text messaging, stating the voucher code, venue name and address. The recipient’s voucher is redeemable by showing the ‘code’ at the relevant venue.
How much will it cost?
• Each item you purchase is individually priced by the venue selling the product.
Who can I contact if I have enquiries?
• All general enquiries should be mailed to sales@got1in.com
Will I get a receipt?
• A receipt will be sent by worldpay to your email account.
When will the recipient be able to exchange their voucher?
• Redemption may take anything from immediate to 24 Hours, depending on the venue. Please enquire at venue.
Where is the nearest Got1In Pub?
• Please select a county and town in Find a Pub section of the website to view your nearest venue.
What if the recipient doesn’t have a mobile phone?
• As long as you enter the recipients email address, they will still receive their gift.
Can the recipient part redeem their voucher?
• Part redemption is managed by each venue. Please enquire at venue.

How does G1I work?

How often will I have to be on-line?
• It is an ideal situation to be on-line as much as possible in trading hours, however this for some will not be possible and your pc may not be easy accessible from your bar
• It is recommended that before trade each morning you check your email for orders and print them off and place them in the bar in order for your staff to supply the goods
When will I receive the money for my sales?
• Got1in Ltd will pay you by cheque, each month, monies received from your Got1in customer purchases
How will I verify customers orders?
• Once a transaction has been processed you will receive the order to your email address. This will state a code e.g. G: 4566-7886-86858-SO. The purchasers name. The product, e.g. Bitter and the quantity. It is an ideal situation to be on-line as much as possible in trading hours, however this for some will not be possible and your pc may not be easy accessible from your bar. It is recommended that before trade each morning you check your email for orders and print them off and place them in the bar in order for your staff to supply the goods. The recipient will have received an email and a text message stating ‘they have been bought a round of drinks in the ‘Dog and Duck, Newton Abbot’ this message will also feature the code e.g. G: 4566-7886-86858-SO. The recipient will either bring to your establishment their email or show you their text message. You must check the code off against your pre-printed orders and supply the goods. If your staff are checking the order from a customers text message, please ensure the text message is from Got1In Ltd and therefore has not been forwarded from another end user.
Who can I contact if I have enquiries?

How long should I hold orders open for?
• As you will have been paid by Got1In Ltd for the sale of goods, the order should remain open indefinitely.
What happens if I don’t have an order for a customer with a code?
• First check your emails as an order may have been received. If you still do not have the order please contact Got1In Ltd who can check the order.
• Do customers have to be supplied with the whole order?
• Part redemption of orders should be managed by your bar staff.
